The Faculty of Medicine’s Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention and Management (CCDPM) serves as a provincial leader for research excellence, knowledge translation and exchange in the urgent research field of chronic diseases.
ABSTRACT
The Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention and Management (CCDPM) will advance the prevention and self-management of chronic conditions by aligning with the Faculty of Medicine’s strategic plan for research in core areas such as heart and lung health, brain and mental health, and chronic diseases and to accelerate knowledge translation. The CCDPM aims to build and maintain collaborations that harness collective research strengths from across the Faculty of Medicine’s distributed education and research sites.
